the breakfast WAS amazing with many options. i enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival, nice. the staff offered good recommendations for local trips, WHICH i found helpful. the room cleaning was perfect.

the hotel offers a spa with a hamam and an indoor pool. there IS a gym available, although it includes only running machines.

breakfast included a large selection of dishes with local options available. the breakfast buffet had very good fresh food. complimentary water and juice were offered for an early departure, along with breakfast.

my room included a balcony and a SEAvIew. it was a modern room equipped with all needed amenities. the room included a minibar with complimentary drinks, which i considered a bonus.

lumpy pillowsdirty curtains
I had some issues . the pillows were quite lumpy containing broken foam. also, there was no body lotion among the toiletries provided. That was a letdown. i also noticed the curtains in my room were dirty, and the towels was off-white and of poor quality. there were not enough sun loungers by the pool, and shade was scarce.

I found the staff kind and helpful. Eleni and Katerina provided excellent service, and offered great recommendations. The hotel facilities were modern and clean. Breakfast featured a wide selection of food. I especially liked the local pastries and fresh fruit.

The hotel's position is excellent, with easy access to the Venetian harbor. Numerous shops and restaurants are nearby. Walking to local attractions is very easy from this place.

Our room included daily housekeeping, so the surfaces were super clean. Amenities included a mini-fridge, with complimentary water. The balcony was perfect.
